Wattleseed comes from the Australian acacia tree. Traditionally used by indigenous Australians, it has a nutty, coffee-like flavor with hints of chocolate and spice. Ground into a powder, it is used in baking, desserts, sauces, and as a coffee substitute, and is rich in protein, fiber, and minerals. 

While the product of this project was the prototype (see Phase 6, below), the purpose for the project, as demonstrated in the documentation, was doing the research and preparatory design work that goes into package design.
